LADbible Group - Head Of Post-Production
As the Head of Post-Production at the world's largest Social Media Publisher, I oversee the efficient operation of our Social Video Post-Production division, managing a team of 30 video editors across various levels to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across all LADbible Group brands and social platforms. By optimising our workflow, maintaining industry-leading graphical packages, and leveraging emergent trends and technologies such as AI-assisted output and data analytics, I drive a consistent output of 10,000+ edits per quarter while maximising viewership and engagement through SEO optimisation.
  • Responsible for efficient running of the Social Video Post-Production department.
  • Leading and managing a team of approx. 30 video editors (from Junior through to Lead Level) to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery of high quality video across all of LADbible Group’s social brands and platforms.
  • Responsible for the output of the Post-Production department through optimisation of our leading world-class workflow, while motivating the team to maintain a high level of standard for our work.

As the driving force behind GGrecon's e-sport video strategy across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, I oversaw the end-to-end process of creating and delivering original Esports programming, from conception to upload, managing resources and budgets efficiently. Leading a skilled team of video editors, I ensure seamless operations and maintained high-quality standards across all social platforms. By leveraging data analytics, I optimised viewership through SEO tactics and capitalised on emerging trends to foster engagement and audience growth.

As Co-founder, Producer, Editor and Influencer on AllTime Gaming, I oversaw the creation and delivery of diverse digital content to our vast YouTube audience, generating significant views and revenue. From idea to upload, I managed all aspects of programming, led a talented team, and utilised data analytics to optimise viewership. Additionally, I fostered partnerships with prominent brands while staying updated on gaming and esports trends to ensure our channel remained relevant and successful.

  • Responsible for the management of a talented team of individuals - ensuring weekly delivery of 5-7 pieces of original digital content to our 425,000+ subscribers generating over 90+ million views on YouTube and counting.
