As the Head of Post-Production at the world's largest Social Media Publisher, I oversee the efficient operation of our Social Video Post-Production division, managing a team of 30 video editors across various levels to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across all LADbible Group brands and social platforms. By optimising our workflow, maintaining industry-leading graphical packages, and leveraging emergent trends and technologies such as AI-assisted output and data analytics, I drive a consistent output of 10,000+ edits per quarter while maximising viewership and engagement through SEO optimization.
- Responsible for efficient running of the Social Video Post-Production department.
- Leading and managing a team of approx. 30 video editors (from Junior through to Lead Level) to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery of high quality video across all of LADbible Group’s social brands and platforms.
- Responsible for the output of the Post-Production department through optimisation of our leading world-class workflow, while motivating the team to maintain a high level of standard for our work.

- Responsible for the look and feel of the industry-leading graphical packages across the LADbible Group portfolio, ensuring they’re kept up to date and implemented to the highest level.

- Focussing on new and emergent trends and technologies - such as AI-assisted output.

As the driving force behind GGrecon's e-sport video strategy across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, I oversaw the end-to-end process of creating and delivering original Esports programming, from conception to upload, managing resources and budgets efficiently. Additionally, I fostered partnerships with prominent brands while staying updated on gaming and esports trends to ensure our channel remained relevant and successful.
- Producer, Editor and Personality for AllTime Gaming, ensuring weekly delivery of up to seven pieces of original digital content (such as gaming news, list based trivia, video essays, and live streams) to our 420,000+ subscribers, generating over 90 million views on YouTube.
